Residents or their authorized Representatives must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Gentlebrook provides non-medical residential care services for seniors, including but not limited to:

Services are non-medical in nature. We do not provide nursing care, medical treatment, or specialized medical services. Residents requiring medical attention will be referred to appropriate healthcare providers.

Service availability may vary based on Resident needs, staff availability, and facility capacity. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with reasonable notice to current Residents.

We reserve the right to decline admission if we determine that we cannot adequately meet a potential Resident's care needs or if admission would compromise the safety or well-being of other Residents.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Service fees are specified in the individual care agreement and are payable in Thai Baht (THB). Payment terms include:

A refundable security deposit may be required upon admission, equivalent to one month's service fee. This deposit will be returned within 30 days of service termination, less any outstanding charges or damages.

Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of services in accordance with Thai law and these Terms.

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure Resident safety and well-being, Gentlebrook shall not be liable for:

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the Resident in the 12 months preceding the claim, except as required by Thai law.

9. Termination of Services

By the Resident or Representative:

Either party may terminate the care agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Resident is responsible for fees through the notice period unless an earlier termination is mutually agreed.

All outstanding fees must be paid. Personal belongings must be removed within 7 days. The security deposit will be refunded less any applicable deductions within 30 days.

We are committed to protecting Resident privacy and personal information. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Visiting and Communication

Family Members and authorized visitors are welcome during our standard visiting hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily). Extended or restricted hours may be arranged in special circumstances.

We maintain open communication with designated Family Members through regular updates and are available to address concerns. Emergency situations are communicated immediately to designated contacts.

Visitors must respect Facility rules, other Residents' privacy, and staff instructions. We reserve the right to restrict visiting privileges if necessary to ensure safety and appropriate care.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Chonburi Province shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of services.

We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith discussion. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes affecting service delivery or fees will be provided with at least 30 days' notice.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the individual care agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gentlebrook.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity.
